Accelerating Progress for Care and Research in Schizophrenia
Schizophrenia is a serious mental health condition marked by disorganized thinking, hallucinations, delusions, and cognitive impairment. With proper treatment, individuals can live well, but accessing high-quality care is often difficult. Â
To address this, SPARC is partnering with philanthropic families to identify opportunities to improve care through strategic giving. This analysis includes evaluating existing care models, treatment options, and barriers across diagnosis, care, and research. These efforts will inform a strategic road map to advance implementation of high-quality care and support innovation. Grounded in science and lived experience, our work aims to help all individuals with schizophrenia live well through comprehensive, accessible care.Â
