Sarcoidosis: A Giving Smarter Guide

In partnership with ATF, SPARC identified several underfunded areas where philanthropic dollars could help advance the field and drive progress toward better treatments and, eventually, a cure for sarcoidosis. SPARC identified several barriers that could be addressed to advance what science understands about sarcoidosis and how it is treated.

This work was published in a Giving Smarter Guide in 2021 that outlines how philanthropy could support sarcoidosis. The report provides an overview of the state of the sarcoidosis field, as well as a funding analysis of sarcoidosis research. These findings are followed by specific philanthropic opportunities for motivated funders.
